摘要
目的提高护理硕士专业学位研究生的培养质量和效率,激发学生内动力,探讨基于职业生涯规划理论的护理硕士专业学位研究生培养模式的构建与实践。方法选取19名2014级护理硕士专业学位研究生作为研究对象,制订有针对性的护理硕士专业学位研究生培养模式并实施。结果护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力有显著提高(P<0.01或P<0.05),研究生对培养模式较满意。结论以职业生涯规划理论为指导的培养模式能有效提高护理硕士专业学位研究生的综合素质、职业规划能力和职业认同感,为护理硕士专业学位研究生的培养提供了新的方法和思路。
Objective To explore the construction and practice of training mode of master of nursing specialist graduates based on career planning, so as to improve the training quality and efficiency of nursing professional graduates, and stimulate their internal motivation. Methods Targeted cultivation model was conducted in 19 master of nursing specialist graduates who attended university for their master degree in 2014. Results The targeted training significantly en- hanced in core competence of nursing professional graduates ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ), and the master~ satisfaction with training mode. Conclusion The cultiva- ting model guided by the career planning can effectively enhance the comprehensive quality, the ability of career planning and the professional self - identify of nursing professional graduates, which can provide a new training method and program for them.
