卜尔色太沟引洪滞沙工程布置方案及减沙效果 被引量:1

摘要 为了防治卜尔色太沟孔兑泥沙入黄危害,通过对该孔兑水沙特性及治理工程现状进行分析,提出在库布齐沙漠腹地配套建设东、西两个滞洪区蓄洪滞沙,总库容分别为1 357万、1 262万m^3。工程建成运行后,在发生2003年典型洪水的情况下,次洪分水比为0.196,分沙比为0.225,可有效减少孔兑入黄泥沙。根据孔兑工程建设和沿岸群众的治沙用洪经验,总结出孔兑治理思路为"拦、分、滞",主要措施为在上游修建拦沙堰或拦泥库,清浑分治、旁侧分沙,运用有利地形蓄洪滞沙。 In order to prevent the harm of flash floodand sediment of Buergasetai River entering into the Yellow River,this paper analyzed the characteristics of flash flood and sediment and the situation of control works. It proposed to build completely two flood detention areas to store the flood and detent the sand in east and west in Kubuqi desert hinterland. The total capacity is 13.57 million m3 and 12.62 million m^3 respectively. The project was built and operated,in the case of flooding in 2003,the flood diversion ratio was 0.196 and sand ratio was 0.225,which could effectively reduce flash floods and sediment flowing into the Yellow River. Finally,according to the river project building and the experiences on sediment control of the local people,it summarized the ideas of river control of “ retention,separation and detention” . The main measures were to build the sediment control weirs and mud control reservoirs in the upstream,control clear water and muddy water separately,separate sediment on sides and store floods and detent sediment by using favorable terrain.
