基于Euro NCAP 8.0行人上腿部评价规程的车辆前端结构设计与优化

摘要 欧盟新车评价规程(Euro NCAP)8.0版本对行人上腿部碰撞测试方法进行了修改,新的测试方法减小行人上腿部对车辆前端空间的要求,但是对其结构设计和硬点的布置等提出新的要求.从行人上腿部的碰撞位置、碰撞角度及能量等方面对比Euro NCAP新旧版本的不同.根据Euro NCAP8.0行人上腿部的碰撞要求,对车辆前端结构设计进行分析,并针对某车进行试验,用CAE技术进行优化设计,使其满足Euro NCAP 8.0对行人上腿部碰撞的要求. Version 8.0 of EU new car evaluation rules (Euro NCAP) has modified the test protocol for pedestrian upper leg impact. The new test protocol has less demand for the vehicle front end space, but more requirements for structure design and hard points arrangement. The differences about impact position, angle and energy etc. between the new and old protocols are compared. The structural design of vehicle front end is analyzed according to the rules for pedestrian upper leg impact in Euro NCAP 8. 0, and the test is performed on a typical vehicle. Based on CAE technique, the design is optimized to make the front end structure meet the requirement of pedestrian upper leg impact in Euro NCAP 8.0.
