摘要 The 4th member of Shahejie Formation in Liaohe Westem Depression had experienced rapid subsidence, which resulted into massive shale with the characteristics of high organic matter abundance and sapropelic kerogen. Most shale samples have the total organic carbon (TOC) over 2%, and the value can excess 4% for dolomitic shale in Leijia area.
