中草药提取物对广西麻鸡屠宰性能和肉品质的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为研究中草药提取物对肉用型广西麻鸡生产性能的影响,试验选取1日龄广西麻鸡1 800只为试验动物进行饲养试验。试验鸡群随机分为试验组和对照组,每组设3个重复。在试验期间,对照组只饲喂基础饲粮;试验组全程饲喂基础饲粮+中草药提取物300 mg·kg^(-1)。结果表明,试验组活重、屠体重、屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组在一定程度上改善广西麻鸡的肉品质,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,中草药提取物能够明显提高广西麻鸡的屠宰性能。 The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effect of Chinese herb PE on slaughter performance and meat quality of Guangxi partridge chicken. 1 800 Guangxi partridge chicken were randomly assigned to 2 groups, each group had 3 repeat. Control group was provided with basic diet, while test group was fed with basic diets added Chinese herb PE for 120 days. The results showed that the test group was significantly higher than the control group in comparing body weight, slaughter weight, percentage of half-eviscerated yield, percentage of eviscerated yield, per- centage of leg muscle, percentage of breast muscle (P〈0.05). The meat quality was improved a little for the test group (P〉0.05). The conclusion of the study was that Chinese herb PE could improve slaughter performance of Guangxi par- tridge chicken.
