窄谱中波紫外线联合自制中药治疗白癜风的临床研究

Clinical research of NB-UVB combined with home-made traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vitiligo

目的:探讨窄谱中波紫外线(narrow band ultraviolet B,NB-UVB)联合自制中药治疗白癜风的临床效果。方法:以2012年2月至2015年1月期间收治的白癜风患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各60例,对照组仅采用NB-UVB照射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用自制中药白癜风颗粒治疗,3个疗程后比较疗效及治疗期间的不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗后疗效优于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率(90.0%)高于对照组(65.0%)(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间的不良反应比较差异无统计学(P>0.05)。结论:NB-UVB联合自制中药治疗白癜风疗效好,值得应用。

Objective ：To explore the clinical efficacy of narrow - band ultraviolet B （ NB - UVB） combined with home - made traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods ：120 cases of patients with vitiligo admitted from February 2012 to January 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with NB - UVB radiation therapy and those in observation group accepted home - made traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of NB - UVB. The efficacy and adverse reactions during treatment were compared after 3 courses of treatment. Results： The efficacy after treatment in observation group was significantly better than that in control group （ P 〉 〈0.05） ; the total effective rate in observation group （90.0 % ） was significantly higher than that in control group （65.0 %, P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference of adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups （ P 〉 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions： NB - UVB thera- py combined with home - made traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vitiligo is effective and safe, which is worth application.
