摘要
针对新景煤矿地质条件复杂、应力高、巷道变形大、支护效果差等问题,结合15208进风巷顶板、煤层的具体地质条件,设计了高预应力强力锚杆锚索联合支护技术方案,确定出预应力锚杆、锚索和钢带顶板及两帮支护的形式与参数。井下试验表明:高预应力强力锚杆锚索联合支护巷道两帮、顶底板的最大变形量分别为20 mm、70 mm,锚杆锚索受力也相对稳定,保证了巷道支护的效果,并具有显著的经济效益。
According to the geological conditions of Xinjing Coal Mine, high stress, roadway deformation, poor supporting effect and other issues, combined with the 15208 intake roof, the specific geological conditions of coal seam,the design of the high strength prestressed anchor combined support technology scheme, determine the prestressed anchor cable and steel roof and two to help support the the form and parameters. Underground test showed that high strength prestressed anchor cable joint supporting roadway for two, the maximum deformation of roof and floor is 20 mm, 70 mm respectively. The anchor force is relatively stable, to ensure the effect of roadway support, and has significant economic benefits.
