摘要
采用刷涂工艺在310s不锈钢表面制备了以白刚玉粉为骨料、硅溶胶为粘结剂的白刚玉-硅溶胶涂层。利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜表征了涂层的相组成和结构。通过热震、高温氧化和铝硅合金熔融液腐蚀试验测试了其作为相变储热材料容器涂层的实用性。结果表明,所制涂层经受660°C至室温热冲击40次后仍完好,无剥落或裂纹产生,耐高温氧化和耐铝硅液腐蚀性能较好。该涂层制备简便,原料来源广泛,价格便宜,能为容器提供较好的保护,具有一定的实用价值。
A white fused alumina-silica sol coating was prepared on 310s stainless steel surface by brushing with white fused alumina powder as aggregate and silica sol as binder. Its phase composition and structure were characterized by X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope. The practicability of the coating for containers used for phase change heat storage material was tested by thermal shock, high-temperature oxidation and corrosion test in Al-Si alloy melt. The results showed that the coating prepared is still in good condition without peeling off or crack after 40 times thermal shock from 660℃ to room temperature and has relatively good high-temperature oxidation resistance and Al-Si melt corrosion resistance. The white fused alumina-silica sol coating has certain application value for its easy preparation, wide resource of raw materials, low cost and good protection for containers.
