Implementation of Fabi Policy(1935) in Tianjin

从1935年11月开始,围绕法币政策在天津的实施,天津各方力量对法币政策的相关规定有着不同的态度和反应。本文拟以与法币政策有直接利益关系的天津金融业为中心,考察法币政策在天津的实施过程,评析抗战前夕天津金融的多样业态、华北特殊化、南京与华北地方之间的微妙关系等因素,对国民政府推进金融政策的影响。

Started from November 1935, different parties in Tianjin had their own opinions and therefore reacted variously toward Fabi Policy. Centered financial circles, this article aims at studying the implementation of Fabi Policy in Tianjin, and tries to analyze and evaluate the impact of factors, such as diversity of business, the Specialization of Noah China, and the dedicate local relations between Nanking and North China, on National Government canting forward financial policies.
