摘要 以腹板开孔HF2轻钢龙骨复合墙体作为研究对象,进行传热性能分析,通过对比腹板开孔及不开孔HF2轻钢龙骨复合墙体的温度场、热流密度场及龙骨影响范围等,来研究腹板开孔对该墙体传热性能的影响,同时,对截面参数:龙骨高度、龙骨厚度、龙骨截面参数进行传热分析。研究表明,腹板开孔能有效降低热量损失;龙骨高度越大,龙骨厚度越小,利于提高墙体保温隔热性能;龙骨截面宽度不宜过大或过小。 Taking web opening HF2 light steel framed composite wall as the research object, the heat transfer performance anatysis is carried out, by comparing the temperature field, heat flux density field and the keel influenced range of HF2 light steel keel composite wall with web opening and web with out holes, the inflence of web opening on the wall heat transfer performance is studied., at the same time, the section, parameters such as keel height and keel thickness are analyzed. The study shows that the web opening can effectively reduce the heat loss ; larger keel height and smaller keel thickness can improve the thermal insulation performance of wall; the cross section of the keel width: should not be too large or too small.
