“一带一路”战略下云南国门大学建设发展的思考

Reflections on the construction of Yunnan's internationally-oriented and borderland-located universities in the perspective of“The Belt and Road Initiative”

主动对接国家"一带一路"战略,深化国门大学建设发展,是新时期云南高等教育特色发展的重要路径。根据国门大学空间区位上的沿边性、发展定位上的交互性、辐射交流上的窗口性等基本特征,以及云南国门大学沿边优势明显,但整体实力不强;外向导向明确,但辐射效果有限;发展定位清晰,但交互能力不足的发展现状,以及外向型辐射发展能力、拱卫型精神守土能力、吸引型文化交互能力方面的现实挑战,增强沿边高校建设发展扶持力度,统筹成立云南国门大学协同发展联盟,实施云南省国门大学振兴行动计划理应成为一带一路战略下云南国门大学建设发展的关键所在。

It is important for Yunnan＇ s higher education to develop its features and build up its strength by meeting the requirements of ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂ and to quicken the development of the internationally-oriented and borderland-located universities. Such universities should take advantage of their borderland-related and internationally-oriented features, while those in Yunnan should strengthen their international influence, further their international cooperation, and ensure their roles in strengthening our national security and implementing the ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂ with workable plans and programs.
