摘要
本文针对目前大型3D打印中心的一次产品打印精度低,还需要进行二次加工这一实际存在的问题,提出了一种在3D打印工件一次加工的同时进行二次加工的技术方法 ,并详细阐述了该系统的硬件结构和软件设计。实际应用结果表明,该技术具有精度高、加工速度快的优点。
To solve the current problem of the large 3D printing center of a low products printing precision and the need for secondary processing, a 3D printing artifacts based on a processing method for secondary processing technology at the same time is introduced in this paper. In addition, the hardware structure and software design of the system are analyzed in detail. The actual application results show that the technology has the advantages of high precision and fast processing.
