摘要
为了观察植物乳杆菌(LP)对LPS诱导的小鼠乳腺炎模型保护作用,探讨其作用机制,试验采用LPS乳导管灌注方式建立小鼠乳腺炎动物模型,采用ELISA、H.E.染色和Western-blot方法检测灌服植物乳杆菌后小鼠乳腺组织的相关炎症指标。结果表明:植物乳杆菌可以降低LPS诱导的乳腺组织的病理损伤和乳腺组织MPO活性,与LPS组相比,植物乳杆菌治疗组可以显著抑制乳腺组织中NF-κB信号通路的表达。说明饲喂植物乳杆菌对LPS诱导的乳腺炎小鼠具有保护作用。
To study the protective effect of Lactobacillus plantarum ( LP ) on lipopolysaccharide (LPS) - induced mastitis model in mice and explore its active mechanism, an animal model of mastiffs in mice was established through LPS infusion into mammary ducts. The enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), HE staining, and Western blot were used to detect related inflammatory indexes of mammary tissues in mice after infusing with LP. The results showed that LP could significantly decrease LPS - induced pathologic damage and MPO activity of mammary tissues, and LP treatment group could significantly inhibit NF - κB signaling pathway in the mammary tissues compared with the LPS group. The results indicate that Lactobacillus plantarum has a protect effect on LPS - induced mastitis in mice.
