摘要
文章综述了部分第3代铝锂合金的国内外焊接技术研究现状,总结了铝锂合金在熔化焊过程中存在的主要问题,阐述了新型铝锂合金的先进焊接工艺技术,以及焊接接头的微观组织及力学性能、焊接缺陷等方面的研究进展,并对铝锂合金的未来焊接研究发展趋势进行了展望。
The present Situations of welding technology for some third - generation Al - Li alloys both in China and abroad are summarized in the paper. The main problems of these alloys existing in the process of fusion welding are analyzed, some advanced welding technologies of new Al - Li alloys as well as the research progresses of microstructure, mechanical properties and weld defects of welded joints are introduced. And the development tendency of welding research of Al - Li alloys also is forecasted.
