摘要 介绍了电厂运行中汽轮机油泡沫特性及评定泡沫特性的倾向性、稳定性指标,分析了汽轮机油的化学组分、运行中进入油系统的水汽及金属等外界杂质、运行油压及流动速度、储油箱结构及循环倍率等因素对运行中油产生泡沫的影响,提出影响汽轮机油泡沫产生的内在因素为油品的化学组分,采用适当加入与运行油具有良好相容性的消泡剂等措施在一定程度上可以降低运行中油起泡程度。 The foaming characteristics of power plan turbine oil and stability and ten-dency index of turbine oil foaming are introduced. The effect of chemical composition of tur-bine oil, water vapor and metal impurities entering into the oil system during operation, pres-sure and flow velocity of the turbine oil, structure of the oil tank and circulation rate and other factors on the oil foaming are analyzed. It is pointed out that chemical components of the oil are internal factors affecting generation of turbine oil foaming and properly adding de-foaming agent in good consistency with the oil and some other measures can reduce oil foam-ing to some extent.
