摘要
介绍了河北普阳钢铁有限公司生产Q420qD-Z25厚规格钢板的化学成分设计、控轧控冷工艺及钢板性能。研究了不同未再结晶区开轧温度对Q420qD-Z25厚规格钢板组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:铌、钒微合金元素的复合添加,有助于细化铁素体晶粒,提高钢材的强度和韧性。采用两阶段控制轧制工艺,随着未再结晶区开轧温度的降低,组织更加细化,钢板的抗拉强度及伸长率变化不大,但屈服强度及-20℃冲击功显著提高。轧后钢板下线后迅速进行高温堆垛缓冷,保证了钢板具有优异的Z向性能。
The chemical composition design, controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology and properites of heavy gauge Q420qD-Z25 plate were introduced, which was developed in Hebei Puyang Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. The effect of different rolling start temperature in nonrecrystallization region on microstructure and properties was investegated. The results showed that corn bined addition of Nb+V microalloving elements contributed to refine the ferrite grain, and could improve strength and toughness of the plate. With decreasing rolling temperature of nonrecrystallization region in two stage controlled rolling process, the micro- structures was refined, and the yield strength and impact toughness of -20 ℃ were significantly increased, but no obvious effect on tensile strength and elongation was found. By means of plate piling for slow cooling after hot rolling, the Z-direction perform ance and conformity ratio of ultrasonic flaw detection were guaranteed. The properties of plate were fine and stable, and could meet the requirements of customers.
