某巨型厂房钢网壳结构施工关键技术

摘要 针对某厂房跨度大、高度高、面积广的特点,结合现场条件与施工重难点,综合采用了网壳结构外扩累积提升的施工方法。重点介绍了网壳结构外扩累积液压提升技术、提升点布置与吊点形式、抗风措施设计、水平力抵消措施、提升支撑系统设计以及合龙与卸载技术等一系列施工关键技术,确保了施工安全,有效提高了施工质量并降低了施工临时措施费。 A workshop has a large span,height and area.Combination with these characteristics and field condition,external cumulative lifting of latticed shell structure is used.A series of construction techniques are introduced such as external cumulative hydraulic lifting,lifting points arrangement and form,wind resistance design,horizontal force offset measurement,supporting system design and closure and unloading.The techniques application makes the construction safe and efficient and reduces cost in measure fee.
