嵌段型碱性燃料电池用阴离子交换膜的制备与表征 被引量:1

摘要 本文以联苯聚芳醚为主要原料制备了阴离子交换膜前体,经过溴甲基化、成膜、季铵化和碱化处理得到嵌段型碱性燃料电池用阴离子交换膜。并对此阴离子交换膜的离子交换容量、电导率、稳定性及碱性燃料电池的功率密度进行了表征,结果表明:此阴离子交换膜离子交换容量为1.81 mmol/g,室温下电导率为28 mS/cm,80℃碱性条件下15天后的电导率保持率为85%,60℃时碱性燃料电池的功率密度可达220 mW/cm^2。 Block anion exchange membrane for alkaline fuel cell was prepared with prepolymer of anion exchange membrane, the prepoly- mer of anion exchange membrane was prepared with Poly( Aryl Ether), by bromomethylation, film -forming, quaternized and alkaliza- tion. The ion exchange capacity, conductivity, stability of anion exchange membrane and power density of alkaline fuel cell were charac- terized. The results show that ion exchange capacity is 1.81 mmol/g, conductivity at room temperature is 28 mS/cm, 15 days after the conductivity retention rate was 85% in alkaline medium at 80 ℃, power density of alkaline fuel cell is 220 mW/cm2 at 60℃.
