毒塑胶体育场地产生的危害及社会学因素分析

Analysis on the hazards and sociological factors of toxic plastic sports venues

运用文献资料法对塑胶场地的类型及不合格塑胶场地的危害进行详细描述,分析有毒塑胶场地产生的社会学因素。研究结果表明:产生有毒塑胶场地的表面原因是由于各材料配比不当,材料不合格;深层原因是缺乏科学的建设标准、检测标准,以及监管流于形式。为此提出,制订科学合理的塑胶场地建设标准,成立专业检测中心,优化招标流程与建立问责制度,以及加强施工监管等策略。

By referring to the literature method, the article has elaborated on the types of plastic venues and the hazards of unqualified plastic venues, and then explored the sociological factors accounting for the rise of toxic plastic venues. The results show that the superficial reasons for toxic plastic venues are the improper ratio of various materials and the unqualified materials, while the underlying reason is lack of scientific construction standards and testing standards,and a mere formality in supervision. Accordingly, the article has put forward corresponding development strategies,such as formulating scientific and rational plastic venue construction standards, setting up a professional testing center, optimizing the bidding process and establishing the accountability system, and strengthening the supervision of construction, etc.
