马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压的临床对照研究

Clinical analysis of Enalapril maleate tablets in the treatment of 136 cases of H-type hypertension

目的:探讨马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压的临床效果。方法:将136例H型高血压患者分为两组,对照组68例采用马来酸依那普利片治疗,研究组68例采用马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗,分别于4周和8周后比较两组药物治疗后降压效果及同型半胱氨酸水平。结果:两组在治疗后4周和8周血压均有下降,但研究组下降幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组同型半胱氨酸水平下降幅度显著低于研究组(P<0.05),两组均未见明显不良反应(P>0.05)。结论:马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压,可明显控制血压,降低Hcy水平,且无明显不良反应。

Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of folinic acid enalapril maleate tablets in the treatment of H-type hypertension.Methods：136hypertensive patients with H-type hypertension were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into control group（68cases）and maleic acid group（n=68）.The antihypertensive effect and homocysteine levels of the two groups were compared after 4and 8weeks,respectively.Results：Blood pressure was decreased in both groups at 4and 8weeks after treatment,but it was significantly lower in experimental group than that in control group（P 0.05）.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.In the observation group,3cases of mild dry cough and 6cases of control group disappeared after the symptomatic treatment,there was no significant difference in the control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Enalapril maleic acid folic acid tablets can significantly control blood pressure and reduce Hcy in the treatment of H-type hypertension.
