阿加曲班对短暂性脑缺血发作病人脑血流动力学指标和血清转化生长因子-β1表达水平的影响

Clinical effect of argatroban on improving cerebral hemodynamics and serum TGF-β1 in patients with transient ischemic attack

目的探究阿加曲班对改善短暂性脑缺血发作病人脑血流动力学的临床效果以及对血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的影响。方法选取被确诊为短暂性脑缺血发作的70例病人作为研究对象,按随机数表法分成对照组和观察组,每组35例,观察组给予基础治疗+阿加曲班,对照组给予基础治疗+硫酸氢氯吡格雷片,检测两组病人的脑血流动力学指标和TGF-β1表达水平,比较并分析两组结果的差异。结果治疗前两组病人的脑血流动力学各项指标和TGF-β1表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组病人的大脑中动脉血液平均流速、峰流速增高,流速差值及峰流速差值均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病人的TGF-β1水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿加曲班可以改善短暂性脑缺血发作病人的脑血流动力学状况,降低TGF-β1的表达。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of argatroban on improving cerebral hemodynamics and serum TGF-β1 in patients with transient ischemic attack. Methods Seventy patients diagnosed with transient ischemic attack were selected and randomly as-signed into control group and observation group,35 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with initial therapy plus argatroban while the control group wastreated with initial therapy plus clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate tablets. Cerebral hemodynamics and serum levels of transforming growth factor-β1 were detected and the differences between the results were compared and analyzed. Re-sults Before treatment there were nosignificant differences in cerebral hemodynamics and the expression of serum transforming growth factor-β1 inpatients（P 〉 0. 05 ） . After treatment, in the observation group the average flow velocity of cerebral artery blood and peak flow increased, while the velocity difference and difference between the peak flowswere decreased. The difference was statistically signifi- cant（P 〈0.05）. Expression of serumtransforming growth factor-plin the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Argatroban can improve the cerebral hemodynamics in patients with transient ischemic attack and re-duce the expression of serum transforming growthfactor-β1.
