摘要
基于项目管理理论对传统观光旅游进行优化、升级、改造,结合"互联网+"的信息发展趋势,整合构建"互联网+微旅游"模式;开展传统旅游向微旅游转变,将精细化、体验化、休闲型、娱乐性旅游深化拓展,满足旅游消费者现实需求。构建实施"实体模块+网络运营"相结合的微旅游管理模式,运用项目管理理论,关注模式构建功能分析、受众研究和技术因素分析,创造出新的产品形态和消费模式。
On the basis of project management theory, traditional tourism is optimized, updated and reformed in association with the information development trends of Internet + to implement the integrated construction of the Internet plus "micro-tourism" model and the transformation from traditional tourism to "micro-tourism", to deeply expand the streamlined, experience-oriented and recreational tourism and to satisfy the realistic demands from tourism consumers. It is therefore important to implement the micro-tourism management model of "entity module" plus "network operation", to apply project management theory, to emphasize model construction function analysis, audience study and the technical factor analysis, in order to create new product variety and consumption patterns.
