摘要
为了明确九香虫血淋巴对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖的抑制作用,本文利用Bradford法检测九香虫血淋巴浓度,用不同浓度的九香虫血淋巴处理体外培养的MCF-7细胞,采用CCK-8法检测九香虫血淋巴对MCF-7细胞的抑制作用。结果表明:九香虫血淋巴能显著抑制人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的生长,且对MCF-7的抑制率呈时间、剂量依赖关系。
To clear the inhibitory effect on human breast cancer cell line MCF-7 by the haemolymph from Aspongopus chinensis Dallas, 1851,Bradford method was used to test the concentrations of the haemolymph from A. chinensis, the MCF-7 cells cultured in vitro were treated by different concentrations of the haemolymph, and at last the inhibition rates to MCF-7 cells were detected by CCK-8 method. The results showed that the haemolymph from A. chinensis could inhibit proliferation of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells in vitro with dosage- and time-dependent effects.
