摘要
传统的永磁同步电机(PMSM)控制系统开发方法,为研究一种合适的控制算法和设计一套可行的硬件控制系统,须对软硬件系统多次开发设计,这种开发方法既耗时又费力、成本也偏高。为此提出了一种基于dSPACE半实物仿真系统的PMSM控制系统快速开发方法。从系统控制原理、控制策略、系统硬件以及dSPACE软件设计等方面给出了较详细的论述,并研制出试验样机。仿真和实验结果表明,系统具有良好的动态和静态性能,同时也验证了dSPACE实时仿真平台在电机控制方面具有快速性和便利性。
Traditional development methods for permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) control system are usually designing hardware and writing program codes according to performance indicators. The hardware and the software sometimes have to be redesigned. However, this process of the traditional development is time -consuming and laborious, and the cost is also high. A rapid development method was proposed based on dSPACE semi-physical simulation for PMSM control system. The control principle, the control strategy, the system hardware and the dSPACE software design have been described. The test prototype has been developed based on DS1104 of dSPACE single board system. Simulation results and experiment results have proved the proposed control system has good dynamic and static performance, they have demonstrated that the real - time simulation platform base on dSPACE has rapidity and convenience with motor control algorithm.
