中药提取物对广西麻鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响

摘要 为研究复方中药提取物对广西麻鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响,本试验随机选取12000只43周龄、体况一致、健康的广西麻鸡为试验动物,进行为期7周的饲养试验,其中预试期为1周,正试期为6周。试验鸡群随机分为2组,每组3个重复。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂基础饲粮+中药提取物500mg/kg。结果表明:在试验结束后,试验组的产蛋率显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)、不合格蛋数明显低于对照组(P〈0.01)。试验组的蛋黄比率、哈氏单位、蛋比重、血肉斑率、蛋黄颜色显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。说明饲粮中添加中药提取物能够提高广西麻鸡的产蛋性能和蛋品质。 The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effect of Chinese herb PE on laying performance and egg quality of Guangxi partridge chickens. 12000 Guangxi partridge chickens were randomly assigned to 2 groups, each group had 3 repeats. Control group was provided with basic diet, while test group was fed with basic diets added to 500 mg/kg Chinese herb PE for 6 weeks. The results showed that adding Chinese herb PE into diet could increase the laying rate(P〈0. 05) , decrease the number of unqualified eggs (P〈0. 01 ) , increase the specific gravity of eggs, percentage of yolk,haugh unit of eggs (P 〈 0.05).The conclusion of the study was Chinese herb PE could improve egg production traits and egg quality of Guangxi partridge chickens.
