摘要
[目的]探讨减压装置在手工清洗后输尿管软镜干燥中的应用效果,掌握正确的输尿管软镜干燥方法。[方法]将2016年6月—2016年9月手术后回收的26支输尿管软镜设为对照组,将2016年10月—2016年12月手术使用后回收的29支输尿管软镜设为观察组。对照组采用传统的注射器空气注入法进行干燥,观察组采用加装减压装置后制成的低压气枪进行干燥,比较两组方法达到干燥质量合格所需的干燥时间。[结果]观察组干燥时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]将减压装置应用于输尿管软镜手工清洗后的干燥阶段,效果良好,能提高工作效率。
Objective:To probe into the application effect of decompression device for drying effect in ureter soft mirror after manual cleaning,in order to master correct drying method for the ureter soft mirror.Methods:The 26 ureter soft mirror were recovered after operation from June 2016 to September 2016 and were set as control group,while 29 ureter soft mirror were recovered after operation from October 2016 to December 2016 and were set up as observation group.The patients in control group used the traditional syringe air injection method of low pressure air drying,while the patients in observation group used adding pressure relief devices made after drying.The drying time reaching required drying quality was compared between both groups.Results:The drying time in observation group was significantly less than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The decompression device was applied to the drying stage after the manual cleaning of ureter soft mirror,and the effect was good,so it can improve the work efficiency.
