摘要
以12-羟基硬脂酸和乙二醇为原料,采用单因素实验法和正交实验法对12-羟基硬脂酸乙二醇双酯的合成工艺条件进行研究。结果表明优化反应条件是:12-羟基硬脂酸与乙二醇的摩尔比为2∶1.1,反应温度135℃,反应时间4 h,催化剂对甲苯磺酸用量为12-羟基硬脂酸和乙二醇总质量的0.6%,在优化条件下合成的12-羟基硬脂酸乙二醇双酯产率可达99%以上。
Using 12- hydroxy stearic acid and ethylene glycol as raw materials, the synthesis of ethylene glycol di-12- hydroxy-stearate was studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The experimental results show that the optimum reaction conditions are the mole ratio of 12-hydroxystearic acid to ethylene glycol 2:1.1, reaction time 4.0 h and reaction temperature at 135 ℃, the catalyst amount of p-toluenesulfonic acid was 12- hydroxy stearic acid and ethylene glycol total mass percentage of 0.6%. Under the above conditions,the yield of ethylene glycol di-12-hydroxystearate can reach over 99%.
