摘要
本文以含有四个冷间的装配式冷库为实验对象,建立冷间升降温时间比计算公式,按冷间升降温时间比大于冷间数配置制冷机,在冷间不开门、无货物进出情况下,进行冷间轮流降温研究。结果表明:冷间升降温时间比的计算值与实验值平均误差为6.85%,冷间升降温时间比计算模型具有较高计算精度;环境温度30℃下,冷间温度呈周期性变化,冷间温度均能控制在-20℃^-18℃。
Experiment on assemble cold storage including four refrigerated rooms was performed, calculation formula of ratio of heating and cooling time was established. Refrigeration unit was selected according to the method that ratio of heating up and cooling time was greater than the number of refrigerated rooms. Cooling down in turns of cold storage was researched under the conditions that refrigerated rooms didn't stock and open the door. The results showed that average error between calculated value and experimental value of ratio of heating up and cooling time was 6.85%, calculation formula was high in precision. Temperature of refrigerated rooms varied periodically and kept at the range of-20℃-18 ℃ at environment temperature of 30℃.
