摘要
针对长江南京以下12.5 m深水航道二期工程面临的作业环境复杂、船舶交通流量密度大的情形,设计并开发出专用于保证通航与生产安全的信息平台。该平台是基于B/S模式的Web网站服务系统,利用功能部件结构进行系统设计,采用海量数据组织与管理技术,最终实现施工期通航与生产一体化安全信息的所有检查记录、安全应急保障、通航环境监测以及视频监控等功能,并能够及时更新各种信息。该系统在实际应用中达到预期效果。
In view of the complex operation environment and big ship traffic density of the second phase of Nanjing 12. 5 meters' deepwater channel project, we design the navigation and production safety information platform. Based on the web service system of B/S mode, we realize all inspection records of navigation and production safety, safety emergency support, navigation environment monitoring, video surveillance, etc.utilizing the function component structure to design system and taking advantages of the massive data organization and management technology, and can update all kinds of information in a timely manner.The system has achieved the expected effect in the practical application.
