水利风景区科普管理体系构建

Management system and framework for popularization of science in water scenic spot

水利风景区是水利科普的重要载体及宣传阵地,其科普建设程度直接影响着水利科普宣传工作成效。构建了由科普经费、法制、设施、活动、队伍、监测评估构成的水利风景区科普管理体系框架,并分析了体系内部各组成部分的逻辑关系。研究成果可为我国水利风景区科普建设提供参考。

Water scenic spots are basic carriers and fronts for popularization of science and technology. In order to facilitate public education, a management framework has been formed by raising fund, issuing rules and regulations, building structures, activities, team building, monitoring and supervision system. Analysis is made＇on the logical relationship between each part of the system. The result of this study is of great value for popularization of science in water scenic spots in China.
