摘要
首先建立了带钢锻轧短行程自动控制模型,采用改进PSO算法对带钢宽度控制进行优化,并引入变异算子优化算法的全局性,采用VB6.0进行模块化编程,实现短行程控制曲线的离线仿真,结果显示,PSO算法优化控制曲线后,板坯头部宽度偏差得到优化,有效减少了带钢端部失宽量,基本消除了与带钢中心的宽度偏差,带钢头尾部失宽区域明显减小。
