摘要
在现代社会,企业要想获得持续的竞争优势就应善用人力资源,也就是要履行对员工的社会责任。用增加价值来衡量财务绩效,从员工层面、企业层面和投资者三个层面探讨企业承担对员工的社会责任与增加价值创造的作用机理,得出企业应把承担对员工的社会责任纳入增加价值的创造系统的结论,从而为企业管理者提供履行对员工社会责任的理论支撑。
In modem society, enterprises should make good use of human resources so as to achieve sustained competitive advantage, which means fulfilling their social responsibility. This article states enterprises should bear the social responsibility for their staff and action mechanism of value-added creation from three levels: employees, enterprises and investors, and puts that enterprises should inelude value creation system in their responsibility. Thus it provides theoretical support for enterprise managers to perform their social responsibility.
