摘要
北卡罗来纳设计Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ资料的分析,在统计学上均为两向分类方差分析。NCⅠ为系统分类,NCⅡ为交叉式分类,NCⅢ是NCⅡ母本数为2的特例。本文应用正交变换方法进行平方和分解,编制出了这3种分析的通用计算程序。该程序适于这3种设计的完全随机或随机区组试验资料的分析,程序给出方差分析的结果、方差分量和遗传参数的估值。
The analyses of the data from North Carolina designs Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ are statistically the standard two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA ) . The ANOVA of NC I is a hierachical one and that of NC 2 is a factorial one. NC Ⅱ is the special case of NC Ⅱ where the number of female parents is equal to two. The orthogonal transformation is employed in dividing the total sum of squares and a general program for these three designs is written in BASIC language. This program can be used for the data from complete randomization design or randomized complet-block designs. The ANOVA table, estimates of genetical components and parameters arc given by the program.
