摘要
内燃叉车通常根据企业经验数据设计,存在设计周期长、成本高的问题。利用多体动力学理论分析内燃叉车的动力学特性,运用ADAMS二次开发技术建立内燃叉车的动力学仿真系统,得到怠速工况下内燃叉车发动机悬置的振动加速度。仿真结果与实测结果对比,验证了该动力学仿真系统的准确性。
In order to solve the problem of the long design cycle of internal combustion forklift and the high cost of research and development. Analyzing the dynamic performance of the diesel forklift with theory of multi-body dynamics. The internal combustion forklift simulation system was developed base on ADAMS secondary development technology, and simulation internal-combustion forklift engine mount vibration acceleration on idle speed condition. Finally, the simulation results are compared with the measured results, and the accuracy of the dynamic simulation system is verified.
