三级医院与二级医院医生职业认同水平和影响因素分析

Tertiary Hospital and Secondary Hospital Doctors Professional Identity Level and Influence Factors Analysis

比较三级医院与二级医院医生职业认同水平及影响因素。选取河北某二级医院和北京某三级医院医生为研究对象,应用一般情况量表,医生职业认同调查问卷和社会支持评定量表为调查工具,分析医生职业认同影响因素。结果显示医生职业认同三级医院医生得分(3.47±0.46)高于二级医院(3.32±0.40),P<0.05。三级医院医生社会支持总分是职业认同的主要预测因子(P<0.05),R^2=15.7%。二级医院医生,月均收入和社会支持总分是职业认同的主要预测因子(P<0.05),R^2分别为10.7%和15.2%。结果提示应重视社会支持对医生职业认同的重要性。

To compare tertiary hospital and secondary hospital doctors professional identity level and influencing factors, we selected on-the-job doctors from a secondary hospital in Hebei and a tertiary hospital in Beijing as the research object. We used Generally scale, the doctor professional identity questionnaire and social support rating scale as the investigation tool. We found doctors professional identity, tertiary hospital doctors scoring （3. 47 ± 0. 46） was higher than that of the secondary hospital doctors （3.32±0.40）, P〈0.05. Tertiary hospital doctors social support score was the main predictor of professional identity （P〈0.05）, R2 = 15. 7%. Secondary hospital doctors social support score and average monthly income were the main predictors of professional identity （P〈0.05）, R2 were 10.7% and 15.2% respectively. Value the importance of social support for professional identity.
