Blended Learning模式下大学化学教师教学行为研究

Study on Teaching Behavior of University Chemical Teachers under Mode of Blended Learning

摘要 采用自编的调查问卷,调查了138名大学化学教师,研究其教学行为。结果表明:(1)教学行为存在着显著的性别差异,女教师在讲授行为、交流行为、反思行为均值比男教师高,其余则反之;(2)大学化学教师在应用信息技术行为、讲授行为、交流行为、组织管理行为、反思行为以及总分上存在显著的教龄差异;(3)学历为研究生的教师与学历为本科的教师在教师讲授行为、组织管理行为、教师评价行为三个维度上存在显著性差异。 The teaching behaviors of 138 University chemical teachers were investigated. Results showed that there were significant gender differences, female teachers showed higher lecturing behavior, communication behavior and reflect behavior than male teachers. The rest were the opposite. There were significant teaching age differences in application of information technology, lecturing behavior, communication behavior, organization and management behavior and reflect behavior. There were significant educational background differences in lecturing behavior, organizational behavior and teacher evaluation behavior.
