摘要
对 30 Cr Mn Si钢过热组织采用多种热处理工艺进行了超细化处理 ,运用定量金相分析技术对处理结果进行了对比和评价 ,并讨论了每种工艺的晶粒细化机制。结果表明 :“两次正火 +淬火”工艺对该钢的过热组织超细化效果显著 ;当循环次数为 2~ 3次时 ,“奥氏体单相循环淬火”
The grain super refining treatment of overheated structure in 30CrMnSi steel has been carried out under various heat treatment processes. The super refining results were compared and evaluated by means of quantitative metallurgical analysis, and the grain refining mechanism of each heat treatment process was discussed. It was shown that the process of 'double normalizing + quenching' was the optimum one to refine the overheated structure of 30CrMnSi, and the process of 'cycling quenching from austenitic region' was valid too when the cycling number was in range of 2~3 times.
