摘要 Romanticism is an important stage in the evolution of man's self-consciousness. It shows new interest in and new concern with man and nature. Wordsworth is well-known as a nature poet. The theme of human mind and nature in his poems has long attracted readers' attention. However, he does not indulge in nature itself but takes it as consolation and inspiration for human kind. In order to highlight the poet's concern with human mind, the present paper chooses to explore Wordsworth's concern with children's mind, based on the analysis of Wordsworth's The Prelude and many of his poems about children.
