摘要
某电厂330 MW亚临界锅炉由于屏式再热器、墙式再热器内壁腐蚀而发生2次泄漏事故。结合现场割管检查、沉积物检测、金相及机械性能分析报告,从化学水处理和启、停炉运行操作等方面入手,分析了低温再热器产生腐蚀的原因,提出了现场处理方案和针对性防腐措施。
For the 330 MW subcritical boiler of a certain power plant,two leakage accidents occurred due to the inner wall corrosion of platen reheater and wall type reheater. Combining with the tube cutting inspection on site,sediment test and analysis reports of metallographic and mechanical properties,this paper analyzed the corrosion reason of low-temperature reheater from the aspects of chemical water treatment,operations of boiler startup and shutdown,etc. After that,it proposed the treatment scheme on site and corresponding anti-corrosion measurements.
