摘要
开口截面冷弯薄壁型钢檩条是连接轻钢屋面和钢屋架或屋面梁的重要构件,受力及支撑情况复杂。合理考虑轻钢屋面系统提供的侧移和扭转约束是保证其安全性和经济性的关键所在。全面综述了国内外学者针对重力荷载和风吸力作用下3类典型轻钢屋面系统中冷弯薄壁型钢檩条承载性能的研究成果,重点分析了屋面系统扭转刚度量化、拉条的约束作用以及常用试验加载方法等关键问题,为冷弯薄壁型钢檩条精细化设计理论研究和相关规范编制提供参考。
The buckling of cold-formed purlins might occur under bending load.The steel roof panels connecting with purlins through different kinds of fasteners can provide lateral bracing and torsional constraint.If these panels are reasonably incorporated,they can ensure the purlins work safely and economically.In this paper,the recent research is comprehensively reviewed on bending bearing capacity of cold-formed purlins supporting lightweight steel roof systems under gravity load and wind uplift action.Several critical problems in the existing research are also discussed,such as quantifying the torsional stiffness provided by roof systems,lateral and torsional resistance provided by anti-sag bars,and commonly used test methods.This literature review may provide a reference for the research of precise design theory of cold-formed purlins and compilation of relevant specifications,and promote the application of lightweight steel roof systems in China.
