摘要
目的:观察急性胃黏膜损伤大鼠背部体表伊文思蓝(EB)渗出点的分布规律,为进一步开展穴位敏化的机制研究提供实验基础。方法:将24只SD大鼠随机分为生理盐水组(6只)和模型组(18只)。采用吲哚美辛腹腔注射法制作急性胃黏膜损伤模型,造模6 h后尾静脉注射EB,3 h后观察并记录大鼠背部体表EB渗出点所分布的神经节段和穴位,最后剖腹取胃观察胃黏膜损伤指数(UI)。结果:与生理盐水组比较,模型组大鼠UI显著升高(P<0.001),在督脉背段及膀胱经第一侧线处的体表EB渗出点数明显增加(P<0.001),渗出点呈现神经节段分布,T2~L6均有EB渗出点,出现率较高的5个神经节段为:T9>T13>T3>T10=T5,其中"身柱""神道""筋缩""肝俞""胃俞"等穴位具有较高的EB渗出率。结论:急性胃黏膜损伤可促进EB在体表渗出,渗出点呈现神经节段分布,并与督脉及背俞穴具有较高的相关性,提示在疾病状态下,穴位由静息态转变为激活态,穴位局部血管通透性升高可能是穴位敏化的环节之一。
Objective:To observe the distribution of Evan′ s Blue(EB)spots at the back skin of rats with acute gastric mucosal injury,and to provide experimental basis for further research on the mechanism of activated acupoints. Methods:24 SD rats were randomly divided into normal saline group(n =6)and model group(n =18). The acute gastric mucosal injury model was induced by NSAIDS. After 6 hours,rats were given tail vein injection of EB. Then the EB spots at the back skin of rats were observed and recorded.The gastric mucosal injury index(UI)was observed by Guth′ s method.Results:Compared with the normal saline group,the UI and the number of EB spots along governor vessel(GV)on the back and Bladder meridian through the first side line in rats of the model group was significantly increased(P0.001). The EB spots presented a nerve-segmental distribution. The most spots distributed along five nerve segments:T9T13T3T10=T5.The effusion rate of EB through "Shenzhu(GV12)" "Shendao(GV11)" "Jinshuo(GV8)" "Ganshu(BL18)" and "Weishu(BL21)" was higher. Conclusion:Acute gastric mucosal injury can promote the effusion of EB in the body surface. EB spots presented a nerve-segmental distribution and were associated with the back-shu point and GV acupoints. The result suggested that the acupoints were activated in disease state.Increasing of the vascular permeability may be one of mechanism of acupoint activation.
