运动干预下C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白3在心血管中的作用

摘要 C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白3(C1q/tumornecrosis factor related protein3,CTRP3)是C1q肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白家族中的一员,与脂联素具有结构同源性的脂肪因子。近年来发现,CTRP3在心脏保护、促血管生成作用方面发挥着重要的作用,因此,对CTRP3的来源、结构、分布状况及其在心肌梗死、心肌线粒体、主动脉狭窄等心肌保护方面的作用,和血管生成中的生物学功能;以及在运动干预条件下,CTRP3在心脏保护和血管新生作用方面的效应,及其相关作用信号通路进行综述。 C1q/tumor necrosis factor related protein 3 (ctrp3) is a member of the Clq tumor necrosis factor- related protein family and has a structural homology with adiponectin. In recent years, CTRP3 plays an important role in cardiac protection and angiogenesis. Therefore, the emphasis on the source, structure and distribution of CTRP3 and its role in myocardial protection such as myocardial infarction, myocardial mitochondria and aortic stenosis, and the biological function of angiogenesis were introduce; and in the condition of exercise intervention, effects of CTRP3 in the heart protection and angiogenesis, summarized the role and the related signaling pathways.
