浆细胞性乳腺炎应用中西医结合治疗的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Plasma Cell Mastitis

目的:研究浆细胞性乳腺炎应用中西医结合治疗的效果。方法:随机抽取2012年4月-2017年3月本院收治的84例患者设作试验对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组应用激素冲击治疗与手术治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上增加中医治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.62%,高于对照组的76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组平均疗程为(3.75±1.38)周,短于对照组的(4.70±1.26)周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率为7.14%,低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:浆细胞性乳腺炎应用中西医结合治疗效果较好,治疗率较高,疗程更短,复发率更低,利于患者及早恢复健康,值得推广应用。

Objective：To study the effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis.Method：From April 2012 to March 2017,84 patients with plasma cell mastitis in our hospital were randomly selected as study objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hormone shock therapy and operation,the observation group was treated with the Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.Treatment effect of two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.62%,which significantly higher than 76.19% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the course of treatment in observation group was（3.75±1.38） weeks,which significantly shorter than（4.70±1.26） weeks in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the recurrence rate of the observation group was 7.14%,which significantly lower than 33.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Treatment effect of traditional Chinese combined with Western medicine in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis is better,the treatment rate is higher,course of treatment is shorter,recurrence rate is lower,it will help patients to return to health early,and it is worth application promoting.
