早熟莲藕新品种鄂莲10号选育

Breeding of Elian No.10, a New Cultivar of Early-maturing Lotus Root

鄂莲10号是由武汉市蔬菜科学研究所和武汉蔬博农业科技有限公司用鄂莲7号为亲本自交,在子代实生系中选择优良株系育成的莲藕品种。该品种早熟,株高130 cm左右,叶表面粗糙,花白色。藕节间中短筒形,表皮黄白色,枯荷藕一般5~7节,单支整藕质量3 kg左右。一般青荷藕667 m^2产量1 000 kg左右,枯荷藕667 m^2产量2 200 kg左右。

Elian No.10 was selected from selfing progenies of Elian No.7 as the parent by Wuhan Vegetable Research Institute and Wuhan Shubo Agriculture Science and Technology Co. Ltd. Elian No.10 was an early-ripening cultivar and the plant is 130 cm in height. Its leaf surface is rough and flower is white. The internode of rhizome is shaped like short-middle cylinder with yellow white surface. The old rhizome of lotus root has 5-7 internodes, and the weight is about 3 kg for single rhizome. The yield is 1 000 kg/667 m2 for green leaf lotus and 2 200 kg/667 m2 for ripe lotus.
