摘要
提出了1种基于直流潮流灵敏度的大电网防连锁过载跳闸控制策略,给出了潮流转移识别判据、切机或切负荷控制点的选取原则、相应控制量的计算方法及消除过载的紧急控制措施;结合广域测量信息和先进电力通信技术,讨论了该控制策略在大电网防连锁过载跳闸保护体系中的应用。通过对多条220 kV和500 kV线路开断故障情形进行仿真,结果表明该策略能有效消除电网中因潮流转移引起的支路过载现象,避免发生连锁过载跳闸事故,有利于大电网安全稳定运行。
A control strategy based on DC power flow sensitivities to prevent cascading overload trips for large power grid is proposed in this paper. A method based on line outage distribution factor to identify power flow transferring is given. The principle of selecting control nodes of load shedding and generator tripping and the calculation method of control quantities are presented. The application of the control strategy in large power grid anti-cascading overload trip protection system is also discussed, combining with wide-area measurement information and advanced power communication technology. Based on simulation of breaking fault of 220 kV lines and 500 kV lines, the results show that the eliminate line overload caused by power flow transferring accident, is conducive to the safe and stable operation of large power grid.
