摘要
选用2种不同特性黏度的PET,纺制双PET并列复合弹性纤维时,高低黏度2种原料的组分比,黏度值,喷丝孔的尺寸,各组分的干燥温度,螺杆温度,箱体温度,复合纤维的拉伸比,拉伸温度,热定型温度,纺丝速度等对纤维的结晶度和取向度都会产生影响,从而改变纤维的可纺性,卷曲曲率,卷曲回复率,断裂强度等。
This study used two kinds of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) chips with different intrinsic viscosity to spin double PET side - by - side composite elastic FDY. The results showed that the factors such as the composition ratio of high and low viscosity two raw materials, the viscosity value, dimension of spinneret hole, drying tempera- ture of each component, the temperature of extruder, the temperature of spinning beam, the drawing ratio of com- posite fiber, the stretching temperature, the heat setting temperature, the spinning speed etc will have an effect on the fiber crystallinity and degree of orientation. Thereby changed the spinnability, crimp curvature, crimp recovery and breaking strength of the fiber.
