摘要
三维测量技术和计算软件开发的最新进展使人们有可能通过生物力学的方法从关节层面至肌肉骨骼层面对人体运动进行描述。在医学领域,三维步态分析技术在临床诊断、分析异常运动表现、评价康复治疗效果和优化康复治疗方案等方面被广泛地应用。本文主要介绍步态分析的基本方法、临床应用及步态分析的现状及研究进展。
Recent breakthroughs in measurement technology and software development make it possible to describe human movements from joint level to musculoskeletal level by biomechanical methods. In the medical field, three-dimensional gait analysis technique has been widely used in clinical diagnosis, analysis of abnormal motion patterns, evaluation of rehabilitation therapy, and optimize the rehabilitation treatment program. This paper introduces the basic concepts of gait analysis, clinical applications, and the cur- rent status and research progress in gait analysis.
