摘要
种质资源是品种选育的物质基础。近年来,国内外有关杏种质资源的研究取得了许多关键性的进展。为了有效保护和合理利用现有的杏种质资源,并有效地开展有关杏育种的项目研究工作,文中对近年来关于杏种质资源的保存现状、种质资源的评价和鉴定、指纹图谱的构建、新品种的测试、杏属植物的分类、种质资源的亲缘关系、核心种质的构建等方面的主要研究成果与研究进展进行了综述。文中指出,对于杏属植物的遗传研究还很不足,对其亲缘关系及系统分类问题至今仍存在分歧,对其表观性状方面的研究与分子水平下的研究数据还不能有效互通,其关联程度也不够高;随着核果类果树模式植物全基因组测序的完成,杏资源研究将迎来前所未有的契机。
Germplasm resource is a material basis of variety breeding. In recent years, much key progress has been made in the researches on apricot germplasm resources at home and abroad. In order to effectively protect and reasonably utilize current apricot germplasm resources and effectively carry out researches on apricot breeding projects, the main research results and advances on preservation status, evaluation and identification of apricot germplasm resource were reviewed, as well as the aspects of fingerprints construction, new varieties test, classification of Armeniaea plants, genetic relationships between gerrnplasm resources, construction of core germplasms, and so on. The conclusions were put forward, including the researches on genetic were far insufficient, and disagreements still existed in the issues of their genetic relationships and systematic classification, the research data on apparent characteristics and those at molecular level could not be effectively interconnected and their correlation levels were not high enough. With completing whole genome sequencing of stone fruit plants, unprecedented chances would come in the researches on apricot germplasm resources.
