摘要
分析粉末压片法X射线荧光光谱法测定白刚玉中微量元素含量的分析方法,研究在压片过程中分散剂三乙醇胺的用量,颗粒效应等对测量的影响。用系列定值的氧化铝校准样品绘制工作曲线,以仪器自带的基体校正方法消除吸收与散射效应,对白刚玉样品中SiO_2、Fe_2O_3、CaO、K_2O、Na_2O、ZnO 6个元素进行测量,同一试样的11次压片测量,各成分结果的相对标准偏差在0.85%~5%范围之间。用氧化铝标准样品和白刚玉样品验证,该方法与化学法测定样品结果之间一致性良好。
This paper describes X-ray fluorescence spectrometric method of minor elements in white fused aluminum .The selection and dosage of dispersant agent triethanolamine for the pressed powder slice method and white fused alumina particle size's effects on X-ray fluorescence were studied. Calibration curve were founded using a series of standard samples of alumina, the matrix correction method provided by equipment was used to eliminate the influence of absorption and scattering effects. Six elements in each sample were determined. The relative standard deviation of SiO2, Fe2O3, CaO, K2O, Na2O, ZnO was in the range of 0.85 %~5 % in 11 times of determination of the same sample .The method has been applied to the determination of those elements in alumina reference materials and white fused alumina sample, and the results of these elements were in good agreement with those of chemical methods.
