摘要
用户侧日益丰富的需求响应资源尚未得到充分利用,为此提出了地区电网的需求响应资源聚合与调控策略。首先,提出了基于设备级仿真的需求响应资源评估机制;其次,构建了多用户负荷群的需求响应资源聚合模型,提出需求响应资源品质划分标准,构建优质资源快速备调池;然后,以需求响应资源参与电网峰时段调峰优化运行为例,提出了需求响应资源的调控策略,并设计了对电网和用户双向激励的需求响应收益分享机制;最后,以IEEE 14节点配电网算例进行仿真,验证了提出策略的有效性。
1 With increase of demand side resources, aggregation and control strategies of demand response resources for district power grid becomes very important. Firstly, assessment mechanism for potential of demand response resources based on device-level simulation is put forward. Secondly, aggregation model for load group and quality classification standard of demand response resources are proposed to facilitate effective organization of various types of resources. Optimization strategy of demand response resources for peak shaving is also put forward. Benefit-sharing mechanism for users and power grid companies or load aggregators is designed to effectively motivate all market players. Finally, simulation example in an IEEE 14-node distribution network demonstrates effectiveness of the proposed model and methods.
